Our entire family (minus Grampa who was stuck in Utah with business pressures) was in Boise this week. The girl cousins spent their mornings at a "Little Miss Homemaker," but the afternoons were fun for all. This picture was actually the last night, but it was extra special as Marianne joined us Friday evening on her way to her family cabin in Goose Prairie, Washington. We LOVED being with her!

We were quite a procession as we rode our bicyles (many borrowed) five miles along the Boise River green belt which was so beautiful. The little ones rode in the trailers behind their moms and all the rest rode single file in one LONG line! I loved it! We headed to a charming business district where we had dinner with all the kids filling one very long table in the center.

Then we "hit" the CANDY store where everyone picked out their favorite treats....some filling their bags...others not so much. I found some retro Coke bottles for Bill and treated myself to a Look candy bar (like a Big Hunk, but softer, and coated in dark chocolate...yum, yum!), and an Abazaba for Bill....though I ate it, too, on my drive home. Very cute store...makes you smile just being there!

This picture makes me smile extra big! Gramma with six precious granddaughters in their matching pink shirts. They had just finished their last day of their "Little Miss Homemaker" camp.

And then the girls went to work on their annual dance recital for the rest of the family. Miles did a robotic dance as an opening act! The girls provided assigned seating, giving me the most comfortable chair, and refreshments.

Gramma posing with ALL 18 grandchildren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Bill were in this photo you would be looking at our Christmas card picture!

An afternoon of fun in Adam and Steph's beautiful back yard. Uncles Adam and Ryan won the prize for "favorite uncles" (just kidding) as they wore the battle scars from everyone having multiple turns playing "chicken" in the pool.

Zach, Abby, Ava and Henry played in the kiddie pool.

And Charlie gives Gramma a big cheesy smile!

And all the kids loved the hot tub!

I call these cute guys our Fabulous Four as they all have a birthday within about 2 months of each other. Ryan's Tyler on the left, Will and Weston-Mindy's twins in the middle, and Mason - Michael's oldest on the right.
What a fun few days! Thank you to our Boise family for hosting such a fun week for all of us! Lake Powell is next!
