David just got back from hiking the Narrows with a few buddies. According to him, it was 17 miles of difficult, hard work. The rocks were hard to step on because of moss and slime. He is really sore. We look like quite a pair hobbling around the house (me with my back and him with his sore body!) We must be 30-something!!!!

Loved the pictures! Didn't get to see David this morning (stayed here last night) as I was dying my hair and completely unpresentable, but from the way he slept in, we knew his body was physically spent! They'll have to try hiking from the North to the South rim of the Grand Canyon sometime. Grueling but fun....for someone else!
