Bill and I made a quick trip to Henderson this weekend to cheer our Lily on at her dance recital. As it happened, Bill discovered he needed a root canal, so Doctor Ryan Shipp came to the rescue. It was a proud moment for us, well, me, to watch our son in action performing a skillful root canal on his dad. In a few days we will head to Boise for another dance recital and while there, Doctor Shipp....Doctor Michael Shipp....will replace the temporary filling and prepare a crown to complete the procedure. It's amazing to have four professional doctors in our family! And we appreciate their generous and proficient care of their sometimes "needy" parents!
Bill spent most of the following day looking for homes to buy and rehab. I stayed busy helping in the kitchen and playing games with Austin. He is very entertaining. Pizza dinner and then we were off to Lily's dance recital.
Lily was adorable on stage and thrilled to perform for her family and the audience. Sophie's recital falls on the weekend of William and Weston's baptism in a few weeks, so we were happy to be able to support Lily. She is darling!
Oh yes, and Ryan performed one more dental procedure that day....pulling out Tyler's only remaining front tooth!
Back to St. George for a couple of days taking advantage of the PERFECT spring temperatures and enjoying a ride to the town of Gunlock in Bill's fancy dancy hot rod! I should have taken a picture....it was a beautiful drive. Fast and fun trip!
